Purchased the PKC0AQ approx 6 months ago figuring I might need it in case of an emergency, or perhaps if a coworker was in a jam. Nothing worse than getting stuck at work in the middle of winter. Fully charged the charger and kept at 100%, always wondering when the moment would arise where the Peak charger would save the day. Well, as luck would have it, my 5 year old left the van lights on overnight and "killed" the battery. Grabbed my handy-dandy Peak jump starter, hooked it up... and got 2 slow turn-overs. Period. Tried a few more times w/ power ~ 100%, same thing. Left the unit attached to see if serving as a charger would do the trick, still didn't work. Bottom line is: this unit will leave you stranded when you really need it. I'm just glad I found out in my driveway rather than in a parking garage, in the cold, at the end of a long work day.

It arrived on time. On of the nice thingsis it is lighter than others that I shopped for. The light works well. It can be charged by either an extension cord or a car lighter. It dos not come with charging cords but standard cords will work I tried to run a CPAP machine using it and it only lasted a few hours. Antoher one at 300 amp lasted two entire nights. I am returning because i need something that will get me through at least one full night. 6-7 hrs.

For having a handy all-in-one device, I don't think it can be beat.
I have used all the features on the device and it functions just as expected.

Although the air gauge is not accurate, almost none of the gauges built into pumps are. I have no complaints.

Don't buy this. The Peak is a peace of crap. The battery failed with the first year and the alarm did not tell me it was dead.

Unit did not charge after 28 hours of charging. Light was loose and flickered. Did no one check the operation of this unit. Just poor quality.

Nice big paperweight. If you're looking for a big piece of crap to sit on your shelf, gather dust, and waste space, this is the product for you! However, if you're looking for a useful inflater/jump starter, keep looking. Peak must actively seek out the cheapest, crappiest batteries they can find for their products, and then buy them in bulk. The batteries in these last about a day, even without use, and then are dead. Wouldn't want to get stranded with a dead battery and this is your only savior. I've had several of these, and they've ALL been garbage. Even one they provided me as a replacement.

It has all the power you need to jump start a car or a mower, I have used mine to jump start the car the mower and also to pump up a flat tire on the mower I needed a light in the attic, to do some wiring and the light worked great up there also. I am very pleased with the peak it was priced well, and I would recommend it to everyone. I also like not having a special plug to charge it up with.

The company sent it fast every thing is wonderful with the product and the company.
