About the Actor
Working in a strategic alliance with the American College of Sports Medicine, Wellcoaches is setting the gold standard for the new field of health, fitness, and wellness coaching coaching people to make changes that last, and to master their health and well-being. Wellcoaches trains and certifies health, fitness, and mental health professionals (fitness professionals, dietitians, nurses, physical therapists, physicians, and psychotherapists) to become skilled fitness, health, or wellness coaches. In addition to the ACSM, Wellcoaches is working with the Harvard Medical School to create online continuing medical education programs to teach physicians to a simple coaching roadmap. Wellcoaches is also marketing wellness coaching services to consumers, health plans, corporations, physician practices, and health/fitness clubs.
