Book Description

A picture book that helps children in grades K-3 with today's tough choices about money. They'll see the benefits of being wise consumers, as opposed to impulse buyers, in language every youngster understands. This book shows that by making the right choices ... and not giving in to every whim ... kids can have their cake and eat it too, with just a little bit of planning.

"The Peanut Butter and Jelly Game" also makes learning to listen fun. When kids hear the magic words, "peanut butter" and "jelly," they must immediately do something. It can be as simple as clapping hands 5 times, in response to "peanut butter" ... or maybe as helpful as putting away one toy, in response to "jelly."

Great message. Fun story. Wonderful, detailed illustrations.
