K-Gr 4–Back in the day, it wasn't Christmas until “A Charlie Brown Christmas” was shown on TV. This pop-up adaptation follows the original pretty faithfully. The illustrations are fine, and the pop-up and movable elements are simple. Still, it somehow lacks the charm of the television production–possibly because it doesn't include the voices of the child actors who embodied each character so perfectly. While it's sturdier in construction than many of the elaborate pop-up titles that have been released in recent years, it's still too fragile for repeated usage.Mara Alpert, Los Angeles Public Library

I saw this in a catalog I received in the mail and like I always do checked for it on Amazon! This is a cute pop up book and this is my favorite Christmas show. The publisher should put some pics of the popup pages on Amazon. I will try to take some and post them. There are large pop ups on most of the pages and some pages have small side pops also. My favorite is the very last one where it is the gang singing around Snoopy's doghouse!

It's the same as the TV holiday special many people grew up with. The artwork is on nice thick paper with vibrant colors and the story keeps the true to the real meaning of Christmas.
