Chumby: This should spread like Tribbles between Teens,

My 14-year old daughter was clueless to Chumby yet immediately both captivated and engrossed. THE holiday HIT for our family in 2008. Chumby will, and should, spread like adorable little Wi-Fi Tribbles. Everybody in the house will need their own Chumby so consolidate your orders!

I've replaced my alarm clock with the Chumby and have enjoyed having the weather, news, and internet radio bedside. I got it specifically because the local NPR station signal became intolerable. Now I get a nice clean streaming audio. The user interface still has some improvement needed, but it does everything except return to the internet radio station once the alarm is acknowledged (maybe something I haven't figured out, but is is a few steps for my groggy mind in the morning). As the platform is designed to be enhanced over time, I'm looking forward to the UI improvements. WiFi reception is a little weak (needs to be within about 2 rooms away from the wireless router) IMHO Still a bit of a techie toy, but getting very close to regular consumer ready.
