Perfect effects snare for my needs., February 9, 2011

I was looking for this exact snare sound to add to my kit as a 2nd effects snare. I absolutely love its sound. It has a great "POP!" and "CRACK!" sound that cuts through everything. It's the little drum that could. Perfect for accent notes or for drum and bass grooves or if you play pop, hip hop style music. I bring this drum to every gig.

Sure its small... and i didn't purchase with amazon. however this snare is amazing... I have an old evans head on it and of course some moon gel and this snare sounds great... nice crisp pop plus for you double bass players who are looking for a good snare that won't take a lot of room this is it.
