I have used this glove for about 5 rides now and have not been disappointed with the performance. I wanted some protection on the trail, which is why I went with full finger, but i also wanted something that would not be too hot.

The Pearl Izumi Elite full finger glove is just what I was looking for. I've went over the handlebars several times, landing on my hands and arms and you would not be able to tell by looking at the glove. The material is barely scuffed and the stiches are still intact. The backs of the gloves work well for mopping sweat and the reiforcements on the palms are well placed.

I would like to have some padding in the palms under the extra material. If it is there, the padding is so minimal that I don't even notice it.
