I bought these in yellow about 2 years ago and they are by far the best walking/running shoe I have ever owned. My previous shoe gave me a heal spur and I had to get orthodics. This shoe with the orthodics and yes the insole in this shoe is removable cured my heal spur pain. They run true to size.
