These are great shoes. Have only used them for indoor cycling class. Based on other reviews I orderd a size 40 for my 7 1/2 shoe size. They are just slightly long but would not want them to be too short.

I used my shoes in the Gym spinning class mostly.

By the way, i got the accident from my first outdoor fitting...and still thinking when to start using it again outdoor.

However, it is also nice to use for the spinning class.

This product is great!!! We were searching for this type of shoe all around the Denver area and were not successful . I went to Amazon and found the shoe within minutes. The price was comparable to REI stores in Colorado so i was really excited about the shoe. My wife loves the shoes and how light weight they are. The other great thing about the shoe is how breathable they are. She has only used them for spin classes but loves them. I would totally recommend this shoe to anyone.

the only issue was how long it took to get the product but that was do to bad weather.
