EXCELLENT!!,

This review is from: Pearl iZUMi Women's Syncropace Iii Moderate Stability Shoe (Apparel)
I love these shoes! I had the syncoPace II and it was great, but these are even better-- they fit like gloves, but the seamless upper makes them feel practically like slippers. I can run forever in them with a lot less calf and knee stress than I used to have.
I had worshipped faithfully at the alter of Asics, and moving to a shoe from a company known for biking gear was daunting, but they are fantastic, and I won't be going back to my Asics again.

Pretty but falling apart at the seams . . .,
This review is from: Pearl iZUMi Women's Syncropace Iii Moderate Stability Shoe (Apparel)
These are the shoes I was fitted in after having issue with Brooks pinching me.
I liked the cushioning in them (I tend to run on my forefoot) and the colors (although the white was REALLY hard to keep clean . . .) However, within one month and 100 miles I had problems with the white mesh pulling away from the silver material - the seam where it hits the inside of where the ball of my foot just ripped wide open . . . I thought it was just a defect in the shoe and so exchanged them for a new pair of the same . . . and again, after about a month and a little over 100 mile the seam ripped again in the same place. I would NOT recommend this shoe if you are a runner. If you are buying these more for fashion/walking you might be okay. |
