This is a great little necklace for the price. The pearls are freshwater so not perfectly round which seemed to bother some people. The luster is good, the stringing sturdy. They came quickly with a nice box and cute little bag. I'm very pleased that I made this choice and will now get them in other colors. As one reviewer mentioned - these are definitely white, not off-white as they look in the picture.

I got these freshwater pearls for Christmas after eying them on Amazon for a while. I have to say I'm very pleased with them! They arrived in a beautiful box with lots of supplemental information on pearl care and discount offers from Pearlsonly. I love the way they sit on my neck. Not too long. Not too short and I've gotten several compliments. The clasp is secure and I always store them in the purple pouch for protection. For the price, these beautiful, unique, gleaming freshwaters are a steal. I want them in pink and black now.

The pearls are just as described, fast shipping and nicely packaged. Not perfect, but that iswhat I expected. there is a line around each pearl, that seems strange. But overall they are a good value. Even came with a nice storage bag.

Note: TAKE A VERY GOOD LOOK AT THE PHOTO. The two pearls that have obvious rings and are not spherical are the typical pearl on this necklace. They're bulging and heavily ringed; I think perhaps one or two pearls actually look smooth at all.

They're great if you're looking for a very 'natural' looking pearl, but not if you're looking for something refined.

Seller shipped very promptly, but I will be returning this necklace. The photo is very deceiving.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas, and we are both very pleased. They are a nice size (surprisingly, they were bigger than my wife wanted!?), and the necklace is a very nice length as well. Bottom line: I would recommend these to a friend and buy them again.

It is a nice necklace, but I made a mistake with the color, I prefer not so white.

Though the color and luster of this string of pearls matches the description, beware of the shape! The actual pearls are shaped nothing like the ones which appear in the picture; go by the product description, instead. The majority of the pearls are very noticeably off-round (I may go so far as to say egg-shaped), even at a distance of a few feet in a well-lit room. Though the price is incredible, be aware that the product you will be receiving will not look like the photograph listed. I give three stars because the string did match the product description (even if not the photo), and the order arrived promptly.

I ordered the white pearls but received the black ones.
The closeup photo is very misleading. I think they must have taken the absolute best necklace and then took a closeup of the 7 best pearls because my necklace doesn't even have one pearl that looks as nice as any in the photo.I think they should have a closeup shot of a necklace that actually represents what the typical one looks like.
The gift box the pearls came in is very poor quality. The side of it was split. In fact I dug around at the house and found a better box I think I got from the Walmart jewelry counter. When Walmart provides better packaging than you do, you know you have problems.

Since this is a gift, I found it distasteful that the certificate of authenticity had a monetary value on it. Seriously? Who gives a gift with a monetary value showing? Not classy.

Not only that but inside the envelope with the certificate, they are trying to sell you something. Seriously? Who sends a jewelry gift with a bunch of shilling, sales type junk in it?

I know it was only $25 but between the misleading photo, low quality packaging, the wrong color, the sales pitch materials, I think I would have been better off spending my money elsewhere.

I received the pearls today and they are beautiful. I bought them as a gift for my mother for she has always dreamed of having a pearl necklace. They are pure white and are unblemished. They are without a doubt a steal for the price that they are at.
