I am very happy with the wood chunks I received. I purchased the apple, cherry, and pecan chunks, and am very satisfied with the uniformity of the chunks. Another reviewer mentioned that some chunks were somewhat large. That has not been the situation for me. Perhaps there's a bit of luck in ending up with the size of wood chunks you want.

I wish it were easier for me to find smoke wood chunks locally (besides hickory and mesquite), but until I do, I plan to order from here again.

This stuff is great- just the right size for me. I've smoked everything from Pork, to beef and lamb and it all tastes great. The wood is well seasoned.

I ordered four different types of wood to use with my new Weber WSM. Came in no frills cardboard box with type of wood identified by a singular letter (P) on the outside. I haven't compared prices but all the wood was clean - some had bark. Each were about the size of 1/2 tennis ball. I will compare prices next time, but am pleased with my purchaseand would order again.

It is so great to find people who deliver exactly what they advertise. This wood was in perfect condition. With a little time with my axe and take off a bit of bark, I smoked 3 slabs of ribs and two turkey breast to perfection. If their other wood chunks are like these they have a customer for a very long time.
