I wear a women's 10 W shoe and ordered the Men's XL and am glad I did. They are a perfect fit and not too big to fit in any of my shoes, regardless of the shoe style.

I placed this device in the arch of my shoe and the result was great. No problems and no slip in device.

I got these due to my orthopedic surgeon. They were the wrong size and were too short on the arch. not high enough. I have others that are the same size but no problems.

NOW GET THIS CONSUMERS!!!!!! IF YOU RETURN THESE AND IT DOESN'T FIT THE 3 CHOICES THEY HAVE ON THE RETURN, YOUR SOL!!! Yes they will take them back but for a price. sooooooo, it cost me more to return them than it did to buy them. They made money coming here and going back off me.

PS The real ones my doctor gave me work really well, since my foot has 4 pins in it.
