STEP: Symmetrical flatfoot wedge supports the weakened longitudinal arch, helping to prevent flat feet and allowing the foot to regain its natural, healthy position. Step absorbs shock with high quality moss rubber. Made of Black leather. Self adhesive. The Pedag Brand: Pedag is a Euro Comfort brand of footcare. Pedag merges 3 elements: Nature, Science and Technology to produce products that are good for the modern foot. Nature is found in Pedag�s use of high quality natural materials such as vegetable tanned leather, pure cotton, wool, sisal, water based adhesives and active carbon and silver ions for odor control. Science is found in Pedag�s use of supportive, anatomically correct footbeds and inserts that support the arches, muscles and ligaments of the foot. Supporting the foot adequately provides a base from which to support the ankles, hips and spine. Pedag orthotics stress Support rather than simple Cushioning. You will find Pedag orthotics that address: Heel pain, fallen arches, spreading feet, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, Pronation and Supination, different leg lengths, Achilles Tendonitis and many other foot problems. This is an excellent product for the flat-footed. Use their sticky back for a few days, moving the arch support around until you find the perfect place. Then use shoe goo to glue it permanently in place. This has turned my cute slip-on shoes into an orthopedic shoe that I can wear all day, and walk for hours. Works with some sandals, too. It's a solid product, quite stiff, holds it's position and is leather on top.

I have high arches, but classic taste in shoes. These go in my loafers, oxfords, brogues, even my Chuck Taylors! It makes all of these shoes comfortable for all day use. They're so much better than full length orthotics because they don't take up any space in the heel or toe, just the arch. They do take a couple of days to get used to, they are leather and cork with a foam underneath, so once the cork and leather mold to your arch you won't even notice them.
