These have been a literal life-saver. I ruined my arches wearing high heels all my life.
These can be worn in boots or tennis shoes [the white ones] Now i can walk for miles when I could only walk a few minutes before. Also, the 3/4 "holiday" style by Pedag is great with ladies' moderate height heels. I use a bit of velcro in the heel to secure them onto my shoes as well as the boots so they wont slide. You have any foot problems? Worth your try to avoid painful surgery! |
