A full length orthotic footbed that provides semi-rigid support to the entire plantar area of the foot including the longitudinal arch, with a metatarsal pad and heel cushion. Made of an innovative special material with high shock elasticity that is tear proof and hard wearing. Recommended for all impact and weight bearing activities. Provides excellent insulation against cold. Suitable for very sensitive skin. Hand washable. Pedag is a Euro Comfort brand of footcare. Pedag merges 3 elements: Nature, Science and Technology to produce products that are good for the modern foot. Nature is found in Pedag�s use of high quality natural materials such as vegetable tanned leather, pure cotton, wool, sisal, water based adhesives and active carbon and silver ions for odor control. Science is found in Pedag�s use of supportive, anatomically correct footbeds and inserts that support the arches, muscles and ligaments of the foot. Supporting the foot adequately provides a base from which to support the ankles, hips and spine. Pedag orthotics stress Support rather than simple Cushioning. Even our flat, non-orthotic insoles are different because they too combine Nature, Science and Technology. Pedag insoles (orthotic or plain) allow the foot to breathe inside the shoe, keeping feet and shoes fresh. Did you know the foot produces a shot glass of perspiration daily. These are a great replacement insole for sports and walking shoes. They're not too thick so they don't feel awkward. I used to come away limping after too much basketball, but not when I use these. Just enough arch support. I tried a lot of other arch support insoles but none worked for me until I found these.

I have had Planter Faciitis and Mortons Neuroma for 2 years. I have tried everything. Cortisone shots, Acupuncture, Acupressure, night splints, boot cast and about 15 different inserts including custom made.

I've been to 2 different doctors and physical therapy. I have been told to learn how to live with the pain or have surgery. Then I found these inserts. For me these have been the cure. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks straight. All day and all night except when I sleep,in athletic shoes that do not have a raise in the heel. My feet feel wonderful. I am probably 70% better at this point and I'm feeling better everyday. I just ordered my second pair and will probably order more as I buy more shoes. I love these inserts and for me they have finally made me feel better..

I have had regular orthotics from a podiatrist. I"m a runner with metatarsal pain and some arch problems (maybe I need to give up running?!). Anyway, this is my second pair and they have been great. Try them, for $20 bucks, you won't be sorry. Also, if you are a 1/2 size (for example, my running shoes are 7.5), then just order the next full size. You could trim them but I didn't have to.
