Mel Bay Pedal Steel Guitar Chord Cart
This well written book by Dewitt Scott is a standard in the steel guitar community. A must have for every player.

It's a pretty good chart!
This chart has many different chords (some of them are listed twice) but it is different than my Pedal Steel is actually set up... So, It helps for the pedals, but the knee levers were different. Good referrence for learning a few chords for me, but I need a different one I think.
