Great help for plantar fasciitis,

I've got high arches and developed plantar fasciitis from overdoing it in my triathlon training. I tried a variety of products, but this was the one that worked. The reduction in pain is so significant it's almost too good to be true. I particularly like that this arch band has a low profile and unlike the bulky velcro one I tried, I can wear it with just about any shoes or sandals. It helps so much I'm buying another couple of them so they can rotate through the wash.

I have used this product for years and have recently found it very difficult to find in the local pharmacies. (???) I have some toe and arch problems, primarily in the right foot, and this product gives me good support when I tap. Over the years I've gone through many of these bandages, and am thrilled to have found a source. Thank you.

I bought this product for my husband who was suffering severe foot pain. From the very first day he experienced incredible relief. I got 3 extra ones so he can change it as often as required.

This product is effective for only a small range of foot sizes. I wear a men's size 10 and the band was too big for me. There's not a lot of elasticity in the band, which means it will be too loose if your foot is too small. I'd say it would probably work well for someone who wear's a men's size 12.

lack of Durability,

After about 70 hours of usage in a total of six days, I start to notice that the product is losing it's elasticity. Can't imagine how it would be after few days!
I do recommend this product if you buy QTY 4 of it at least because other than the durability issue, I can't see another. It realy works better than others I used in a short period.

I had plantar pain. The real cure for me was stretching by putting my toes on the edge of a stair and raising and lowering my body stretching everything out every day for weeks and weeks. But in the meantime these were so helpful. They relieve pain right away. I used these with the Protec arch supports to jog. I used them alone to walk in the house, with sandals and they are small enough to fit under dress shoes. The only con is that they don't come in pairs. There is only one in the box so buy two.

The pedifix does slip a bit and needs adjustment but I can use it on light days or when my tendon pain is not too inflamed. One day I actually used it as a fix for my tennis elbow when I forgot my elbow brace. It worked great on my forearm. (Not the intended purpose.)

These definately work. I use them when I am working out instead of my shoe inserts.
