I tried these spacers because I have overlapping toes. I am on my feet all day and the pain was unbearable till I started using the spacers. Excellent product and comfortable too.

This product was required by my podiatrist after my bunion surgery. It really does prevent the toe from moving back over to its old accustomed postion. It is comfortable to wear and easily washable and comes in a convenient 2 pack for those crazy mornings when you set it down after your shower and can't remember where.

Small, wobbly, not very durable,

These spaces don't really provide for much "spacing" as they are quite small and squishy. They will only space your toes apart <1/4 inch. They are soft, but the softness compromises the durability, as the vertical sides seem to "flake off" from wear. They are very comfortable and sometimes I forget I'm wearing them, but be warned that they will not always stay in place very well and they will last maybe one month before they begin to flake away.

I have an issue with my big toe on one foot. I noticed lately it seems to have increased in angle which I believe is causing me to run weird on that leg perhaps to do the misalignment of the toe. So I decided to see if these would help. They were shipped very quickly and I started wearing them right away. They are "Medium-fits most" although I checked on Amazon and they do sell "small" and "large" ones. These I believe are perfect for me, I wear a size 8 but not sure if that helps you. I'd say my bunion is average from some of the pics I've seen online of really bad cases. Anyway to my delight they are very comfortable and most the time do not even notice they are in my shoe. I wear them around the house, most comfortable and have tried them at the gym. I really like them. There is less pain and redness since I started using them. I even wear it to bed and most of the time it stays put without socks, but with socks they have never fallen out if you can handle wearing socks to bed. I'm going to keep using them because they help! I don't know if these will do anything to help with realigning of the bone but I don't want surgery. These do provide relief and that's what I was looking for and to improve my running, particularly better striking of the foot. I've been using them for about a week and love 'em. I will try to update after a few months to see if there are any changes. I also bought the pedifix rubber ones and prefer these hands down over them.

They work great. I have a bunion on my big toe which causes it to press against the side of my second toe. This can be very painful but the spacers stop the pain!

One size does not fit all,

The spacers are too large for a small foot. It's easier just to place cotton or kleenex between the toes. more comfortable and works better than the waste of money on these.

I've owned this product for quite some time and do not find it useful at all. It slips right out from between my toes and just overall is NOT EFFECTIVE.

These spacers are great. They are soft, but durable. I can wear them all day and appreciate their benefits (i.e. my toes feel good) and not notice the spacer is there at all. Love it.
