This book did not live up to my expectations. I found that it did not have any of the nursing diagnoses that I was looking for. I constantly had to turn to my adult care plan book in order to make a proper care plan. Don't waste your money on this book.

I found this book to be very helpful during my pediatric nursing rotataion. It had all the information I needed to get a perfect score on my care plan. It is one of the most user friendly care plan books I have, because it is indexed by body systems & medical diagnosis. It gives an introduction to the diagnosis, full assessment,nursing diagnoses,interventions,rationales,expected outcomes & a documentation checklist on the corresponding page from the index. Of all the books I might sell back, this is not one of them.
