Big and Bulky
Lots of useful information but this book is so big and bulky it is impractical to use except on the desktop. Very heavy.

This bood was a requierment for my nurse practitioner peds class, I have one that is similar for adults and I think that teh layout of both these books is very useful. It arrived in great time and in great shape.

I love this textbook!!! Even if you are not in pediatric primary care it is a great guideline on how to approach pediatric patients. It also lists great resources at the end of each chapter. A must-have for peds practitioners!!

I am a faculty member in a PNP program and I have found this text to be extremely well written. Key information has been added including development, cultural awareness and mental health to name a few. This book is a great foundational text for all primary care providers. It should be recommended as part of all pediatric curriculum.

This book is a great book, comparable to my other texts. However this is a TEXT book for COLLEGE work. I do not read it from cover to cover. I am assigned reading, which I complete, and then I am tested on the material. Sometimes the reading assigned is "Ch. 4-9". Super. Sometimes it is "Pgs. 236-259". How in the world am I supposed to navigate that?Unless all text books in the Kindle edition come with page numbers enabled SOON, I will be buying them in the paper version. I do not recommend the Kindle edition of this book to students. It is difficult to find the information you need. I am too busy to have to worry about navigating the book.
