Gee, who knew that wearing sandals all the time would dry and crack my heels and bottom of my feet to the point of bleeding? I would use cuticle scissors to cut off the pieces of skin that would peel away - looked like my heels went through a grater. I have tried many lotions/creams (with petroleum, urea and/or salicylic acid), heel sticks, ped egg, exfoliants, pumice stone, etc... Nothing helped longer than it took for the cream to soak in and then it was back to cracked heels. I knew wearing shoes and socks would be a savior but it's a little toasty for a good part of the year in Phoenix.

I finally stumbled upon these heel sleeves on Amazon and since they did not cover my entire foot I thought I could give them a try. They really have done a wonderful job of healing my heels and the bottom of my feet. Since they do not cover my toes, my big to is still a dry and callused but they respond effectively with the pumice stone.

My program includes soaking and washing my feet before applying Earth Therapeutics Intensive Heel Repair Moisturizing Balm and once that is soaked in I put on my heel sleeves whenever I can. I first started with sleeping with them for 5 nights and the healing results were quite surprising. My feet are not completely perfect but pretty darn good. I'm not ashamed to show my feet in sandals. I now just maintain with wearing the sleeves every other evening while channel or internet surfing after work until I hit the hay.

I purchased 2 pairs so I could rotate them for cleaning - I just wash them lightly in the sink with a little Woolite and air dry. I highly recommend giving these a try.

I have been dealing with cracked heels for years. The problem was so bad that my heel became infected and I went to the doctor for treatment. He merely prescribed some medicine that worked briefly then my cracked heels came back. This product eliminated the cracked heels in about two weeks and returned them to normal. I still have to use moisturizer and scrub my heels in the shower, but this product put my heels back into a normal state (although I have to maintain them.) I've kept my heel-sleeves for months. I would recommend buying a couple pairs. You can wash them, put vaseline in them and wear them occasionally to maintain good heel condition. A great product that works.

I am diabetic and have struggled with dry, cracking, sore heels and feet - I've tried several prescription creams, which work to a degree, but require mutiple daily applications and are very expensive. I found these heel sleeves at my doctor's office and have been amazed by them! The skin was moisturized OVERNIGHT and they genuinely felt soft and smooth, like they used to be when I was a kid. You can use these with or without a moisturizing cream. They are comfortable and you only have to use them every few nights or so. I will never go back - I'll always have a pair!

My heels crack and bleed. It's pretty gross. In the winter, I slather my heels with Eucerin and wear socks. In the summer, it's hit or miss, because my feet get hot if I cover them.
My dermatologist said that I need something to occlude the cream, so that it soaks into my heels and not into the socks. His suggestion was cling wrap. I tried it, but it didn't stay put.
I decided to order these based on the good reviews, and I'm so glad I did! After just three nights, the cracks were healing up, and I could walk without pain.
The only downside to these is that you can't really walk around in them - the heels slide around and end up on top of your feet instead of where they're supposed to be. I solved that by only putting them on when I'm ready for bed. No slippage over night!

This is the best product for cracked and dry heels that I have ever used. I tried several other products in the past for cracked heels, but nothing worked. Then I discovered these heel sleeves, and I was amazed at how great they work.

This really does work to soften your heels! The delivery was very prompt!! Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and with the company.

I was given a pair as a Christmas gift and I love it! I could see a definite improvement in the dry cracked scaley skin on my heels after one night! I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to make a pedicure last! What a wonderful product!

This product makes it easy to repair dry heels. I have used mine several times, and I have seen positive results with each use.

This or one like it have been the only products that will work for me. I have use eveything that I could find to help my very cracked, to the point of painful to walk heels. This and a heel balm togather does it. You need to use it a few days a week in dry times of the year, at least I do. But, no more painfuly feet.

This is a great product. I use it with Bario foot cream, and the first night I used it I could feel a difference. When I wake up my heels are soft. I still use a pumice stone in the shower, but the results when using the heel sleeve are much, much better than before.

It is very comfortable to wear. As a larger person, I was worried that the elastic might cut into my skin, but I don't even notice it.

I just wish they made a full foot sock, as the sides of my feet and little toe also need attention.
