Used this inside athletic shoes and golf shoes. . .a bit clingy when putting on socks, but once it's adjusted, works well and keeps the shoe from irritating the bunion.

Since I have had prominent bunions all my life, I have gone through quite a few "Bunion cushions" . I like the gel as I think they cushion better as opposed to the cheaper stick ones which last week pulled skin off, making a very ouchy situation. I like the over the big toe as these stay in place unlike ones that just lay on the skin. Expensive but worth it.

Although unhappy about getting bunions, I was spending alot of money on the cloth cover that only had one use. The All-Gel Bunion Guard fits snug on my foot under my socks and shoes and does not bother me at all, and it can be washed after each use and re-used, which is great. I just hope it keeps the bunions from getting bigger. I am a server and I do alot of running around a restaurant and spend alot of time on my feet. I am very happy with this product.
