This strainer is great for small-scale work, such as catching lemon seeds while you're flavoring tea. It's also much easier to grab dumplings out of water or scoop the scum off the top of the pot with this petite strainer than with a plain spoon. Made of sturdy 18/8 stainless steel, the strainer is 3 inches in diameter and just over an inch deep, with a wide, ridged handle for a good grip. It also has a loop handle on its rim so you can rest it on top of a cup, bowl, or pot as you pour liquids through it or allow it to drain.
