grating cheese has never been easier
It's not like all cheese graters are quite different from each other. The Pedrini Black & Satin Stainless Steel Pyramid Grater is basically like all the others except this one is made out of stainless steel which means, once you buy it, you will probably never have to buy another cheese grater again. That's a sign of a really good grater.

Overpriced garbage.
The top pops off. The metal is warped and thin. This is the sort of garbage you expect to find at a dollar store. They have some nerve selling it for $10. Don't waste your money or time. As soon as I got the item, I immediately returned it for a refund. I cannot believe that trash like this is getting decent reviews.

I have dozens of different grater and I found out over time this is the one I turn to the most because of it's ease of use and versitility of the different grating sizes. I find most of those chinese made microplane graters and cuispro graters to take a back seat to this work horse.

The very first time I used it, the plastic handle separated from the body. It was easily re-attached and does make cleaning the thing easier, but I was a bit startled.

This is not made in Italy like the product description says. It's made in China. Figures I'd spend an hour on here researching graters, spend $10 to specifically get one made somewhere other than China and get this piece of crap.

This replaced a plastic and metal oxo grater. I love this one. The handle is easy to grip. The base is sturdy. I love all the different grating options on each side. It is easy to clean. I throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out sparkling. This grater will be with me a long time.

The grater works fine, however, it bits of whatever you grate get stuck between the plastic handle and the grater. It is hard to clean.
