This is a nice sturdy unit. It was pretty easy to install. It comes with lots of different screws, so finding the ones that fit your TV shouldn't be a problem. It fit my Insignia 42" LCD just fine.

Very sturdy and includes all the hardware that you may need.
The instruction of setting the tilt is lacking clarity! aside from that it was very easy to install.

This wall mount is versatile, fairly easy to install, and very secure for your TV. The mounting instructions are unclear, and it's easy to make a mistake. But ultimately, with time and patience, a good result is achieved.

Item arrived earlier than expected and is very easy to install. Very convenient and if mounting in your wall it adjust to different wall stud width. Studs should usually be at 16 inches but not always so it worked perfectly.

Replaced an old mount with this this one because of a new TV and we didn't have the old universal mounting bracket. The price on this was in the %50 range, but the universal bracket from Peerless directly for the old unit was $150. Pretty much a no-brainer.

This is great product for the money. I had little challenge getting set at the right height. I wanted to adjust the height a few inches and that required taking the brackets off the TV and re-installing them (side to side adjustments don't require you to do this). If I had taken the time more accurately measure the height I wanted to put the TV, it would have taken about 20 minutes to install this bracket.

Nice mount, easy to install, adjusts easy, and Made in the USA! Works great on Insignia 42" LCD. The only minor issue is that it comes with screws for many different TVs, and the screws for my TV were to big for the washers they provided for attaching the arms to the back of the TV. A quick trip to the Hardware store fixed that.

I have three wall mounted flat screens in my home and they are all hanging on a Peerless. The PT640 is a quality wall mount as I knew it would be when I ordered it. This is the first tilt model I have purchased as it is in our master bedroom and with a slightly higher install I needed the ability to tilt. I've read where some folks were disappointed that the adjustment levers were plastic but this is truely a non-issue. The tilt position is locked in with steel set screws. The plastic levers are only needed if you need to constantly adjust the viewing angle. I'm not sure who does that? In any event buy this mount with confidence. Great product.

This was supposed to work for TV's like my 46", however the mounting screws and slots are quite small and do not readily fit the larger TV's. In the end it was easier to drill out the slots and use it rather than pay to return it, but if you're not equipped to drill out heavy-gauge steel buy a larger model. It did fit up nicely after that, tilts great and looks fine.

The instructions were clear and precise and the mount was easy to install. My husband and I hung our tv in an afternoon's time. Mount is sturdy and well-made. It came with additional screws for other mounting surfaces. I plan to order another one for a bigger tv.
