Bought this for a spare shower. After looking at prices at the home emprovement center, I settled on this. Has adjustable spray plus it has a pulsing setting for the massage. Probably should have given it five stars just because of the price. It works great.

What a deal! The shower head is simple, just a couple stream patterns, but provides good coverage and is well-built for plastic. We had a fancy head before and never used most of the settings. This is a great deal, highly recommended.

Added note: Oct 2010. Still using this shower head and it's held up really well. Functioning like new.

Great shower head for $7.99. Has a small lever on the side to pick 1 of 3 spray patterns: Regular, Narrow, and Narrow w/Massage. When installing, use silicon tape and don't over tighten as connector is made of plastic. Works great so far and narrow spray is pretty forceful (for a 2.5 Gal/min flow rate). Overall, a great value!
