We have two other Peggy Karr glass plates that we keep on display. I ordered this one so we would have a summery one when the season comes. I love the fun design and the colors are vibrant. Buyers should be aware that the glass is very thick and has some bubbles in it. These occur naturally in the process of making the glass. According to the insert, you can microwave the plates and they are dishwasher safe. I treat mine more like a work of art!
