I purchased this product to try a new roast duck recipe. When the package was delivered there was only one bird in the package rather than the two that were ordered. I called the producer who corrected the mistake immediately by overnight shipping. I prepared the ducks and the meal was outstanding. The ducks were moist, and the meat very tasty. I highly recommend this product.
