Okay, so, the label on the package says it's for "Ki-nect" and "X360," but if you can get over the Ingrish you'll realize that this is a quality item. It feels solid and matches the feel and quality of an official Xbox item. The plastic is heavy and there is plenty of rubber padding on the arm and underside of the top. There are two clips for holding the Kinect sensor firmly to the base. I'm using this atop a Sharp Aquos 42" flat-screen from 2008ish. Fits perfectly and works great.

My flat screen TV (Panasonic) would not hold the Kinect on top because the TV was too narrow to support it. This clip works well and is adjustable to fit most flat screens. My screen is sloped in the rear and the clamp action would not completely grip the TV, so I used a bread tie (twist-tie) to secure the clip to a vent screen in the back. This works great.

Doesn't fit tightly to the Kinect sensor.
Had to use additional sticky tape to make sure that the Kinect sensor doesn't fall off this mounting clip !
Even fitting to the TV (Sony Bravia LCD) isn't that great. It doesn't quite 'fit' but it merely 'rests' on the TV with the support.
I think I'll play it a little more safer. I'll use additional transparent sticky tape to stick the Mounting clip to the TV.

I was a bit worried about purchasing based on a few reviews saying that it didn't fit, but I am glad I did. It must be user error - it works perfectly! I can understand how some might think it doesn't fit, even I thought so at first - but there is a 'button' of sorts on each side that you have to squeeze when placing the Kinect in it, then let go. The buttons push in little clips, that when released will hold the Kinect in place.

This mounting clip is absolutely what I needed to mount my Kinect above my PC monitor. I am completely impressed with the build quality of this $9 item. The plastic is pretty thick and the joints on the clip are really well made so it stays in place without issue. Don't spend upwards of $30 for the PDP version. Buy this!

The clips do not lock into the bottom of the Kinect. While the Kinect is stable on the stand, i would prefer that it clipped in for a secure fitting.
The clip mounts nicely on my 42" LG LCD TV. I'm curious how this could be rated by others at 5 stars unless the product quality varies that much!

I just bought the bracket and agree it DOES NOT fit the Kinect bottom holes . The pins are too short to go up inside the holes far enough.I guess I could use some mounting tape strips but the other big problem is it doesn't grip the TV very well. Back it goes to Amazon.

I have a flat-screen, but it's not super thin so I've had trouble finding a way to keep the Kinect in place. This clip feels sturdy and opens wide enough to fit my TV perfectly. It took me 2 minutes to set it up and works perfectly.

So I bought this Kinect Sensor Mounting Clip for one purpose.. and it was to hold the Kinect itself firmly onto the TV.
ONE MAJOR PROBLEM was: If you put the Kinect on top where it is "SUPPOSED" to fit in tightly...it fails to do that. Rather your Kinect is loosely attached onto the small platform of the mounting clip.. which means there's a chance it'll fall off at some point. I suggest finding another mounting clip or just use tape to hold it into place.
Don't waste your money on this useless item. You kind of expect that type of quality since the item is made from China.

EDIT: BUYERS BEWARE.. after reading other 1 star reviews from other sellers selling the exact item.. apparently there are many knockoffs or fake ones.

Also dissatisfied with the seller. I received an used one, you can tell the mounting clip was scratched up. Also received the item late and tracking number was faulty..at this time the tracking number locates the mounting clip at Arizona while I'm located at California.

This product works as advertised. Some reviewers said that the Kinect sensor does not fit snug onto the bracket, but I believe it is user error. There are two sets of push buttons on the side. Set 1, closest to the back of the unit, is pressed to be able to extend out the arm depth. Set 2, closest to the front of the unit, is pressed while placing the Kinect sensor onto the unit, there by allowing the little fingers to grip inside of the Kinect sensor's base. Works great. Would totally recommend it to a friend.

Bought this in conjunction with a Bracket for Kinect and Wii Sensor Bar. Really cleans up the clutter.
