Good & appears durable.

It is great for pool, beach, and gym uses if you want to have something small and protected.

Only thing I wish it would do is hold just a little more, and be completely waterproof.

I have been a huge Pelican fan for years. I saw this "wallet" and thought it would be a good alternative to carrying a leather wallet or a larger 1020 while out on the waters. I was kind of disappointed when I got it. The inside is really too small to carry anything more than a driver's license and a couple of bills (about 3). You have to double fold the bills to get them to fit. As with all Pelican products, it's high quality. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me. Maybe it will work for you?

This case is great for holding a few ID cards and some cash. But as other have said, its really too small to function as a "Wallet". It is basically the same shell as their SD camera memory holders, with small nylon/elastic webbing. Do not get me wrong, this is indestructible as most Pelican products are. If you are looking for something to put in your back pocket, then I cannot find a Pelican or Otter product to do that. BUT if you are looking for a good ID holder with cash etc, then Otter has the Model 1000 case that I use when traveling. Its the same foot print as the Pelican wallet but about 1" tall. I keep spare ID's, credit cards, flash drives and coins in there at the beach, etc. Its non-vented, but vents allow pressure to lower inside them, making opening a little bit more difficult when traveling from Boulder, CO to Washington D.C. in both cases.

Pelican has great products period. I use several of their instrument cases for my job. This is why I chose to buy this wallet. Overall the wallet performs great. But don't expect to get a lot into it. I carry just the essentials. It holds about 5-6 cards in a net type pouch on each side. (Total 10-12 cards) It has a strong clasp and a seal to keep out water. I haven't dropped it in water and hope I never do but like I said, it's a Pelican. This wallet would get my 5 star rating if it was just a bit larger to hold more stuff and if they replaced the net with a compartment with card slots like a real wallet.

When only packed with what this case should hold it will keep all articles inside of it dry up past 20 feet in depth which was perfect on the cruise snorkeling trip I took it on. It took a beating and showed no signs of wear. That was the good. Now the drawbacks. As I started breaking larger bills for multiple smaller bills and the contents of the case expanded it leaked. Aside from a few photo ID's and just a few bills folded in half twice this case will buldge in the middle and loose its water-tight properties. Nevertheless it does latch secure and is durrable. I would rate it as "very convenient for the sport snorkeler on a vacation".

The item has good quality. But it is completely not useful. For example. It can fit 4 or 5 credit card + driver license. However, cash doesn't fit at all!!! you have to fold it 2 times to put there. So you can put only three to four bucks, no checks.
One single key with no key rings and chains.

To be honest, what else needs to be said. It is a Pelican and it hold my credit cards. I use it as a wallet and it keeps everthing dry.

I have carried this wallet for about a year now, I use para cord to tie it to my belt. I couldn't be happier I no longer have a messy wallet in my important cards are always in my front pocket. I have no problem carrying eight cards, which include credit cards, drivers license, insurance cards.

At first it was a little strange to pull the wallet out and have it attached to my belt, but I got used to it very quickly and I would not want to go back to normal wallet.
