Pleased with the Pelican,

Got what I ordered on time and at a good price. Had a good purchasing experience. My only issue (and my own problem) is that the piece is 25 pounds empty. The US air carriers are now limiting the weight of each piece to 50 pounds, so I've found myself having to perform luggage triage at the airline counters.

Works great for the electronics I am using it to transport. I have one of the giant 5ft. x 3ft. or so containers already, but it's huge! I found this to be a nice medium-sized container.
The seller was also a breeze to work with. Not only did the package arrive quickly to Germany, but you could tell care had been taken to package it so it wouldn't get damaged. |
