This little band is no doubt one of the most useless items on this site. bought it, thought what the heck "I'm rich this is nothing big give it a try" this thing doesn't stay snapped, came in a zip-lock bag, no instructions, and regardless if it works or not..which I don't think it does after wearing it for two days, all I got was discomfort, so when you loosen it up to the point it may be comfortable or not painful it will come unsnapped and fall off. So you are constantly trying to keep it in place. For me it's a waste of money.

this is a fraud item i have it now for more than 1 month and i am wearing everyday and its not doing anything at all
