This review is from: The Pelvic Girdle: An Approach to the Examination and Treatment of the Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip Region, 2e (Hardcover)
An accurate and detailed review of all aspects of lumbosacral disorders from a biomechanical perspective. This book has challenged my practice. Please note, this topic is complex and I had to take a course in the Canadian approach to more fully appreciate this work. I have read the entire book once and several chapters 2-3 times and can still find new information. Well worth the money

A Great Text Book,

I am a physiotherapist from Sydney. This textbook has enhanced my treatment of the pelvis. It covers the joints, muscles and motor control aspects of the pelvis in a systematic and practical way. I have also completed the course offered by Diane Lee "The Pelvis" and watched the DVD (2 disc version) which have also been well worth the money.
This book is for anyone who is prepared to spend the time learning how to treat this region effectively and comprehensively. I have earnt my my money back many times over by becoming more efficient in my diagnosis and treatment. I can also recommend her book on "The Thorax" - again, practice changing, practical information. Thank you Diane Lee and LJ Lee for those wonderful texts.

As a patient of sacroiliac arthritis, this book is right on target. the whole book is for my need. it is a bit too technical to fully comprehend for a novice like myself, however now i know why and how my first three incompetent physical therapists had failed; i really have to thank Diane Lee for that matter. i have lent this book to my current physical therapist...this book really helps those who have pains in the pelvic girdle region.

I ordered this book for my daughter, it was one she wanted and needed for her profession. I ordered it the week before Christmas and it arrived in near perfect condition in plenty of time. I was happy with it. She was happy with it also. Book condition was as described.
