The Pen and Paper Diet is based on scientific research. It is about putting weight management skills into your hands. You can eat what you want and still lose weight. It is an easy eating plan to maintain your ideal weight for the rest of your life. The book was formed out of a number of life events which culminated in my spouse and I rededicating our lives to each other. My wife was starting to not fit in her size 26 jeans and was approaching 270 lbs at age 26. I had been frustrated with my gut for a while. We decided to help each other lose weight, but wanted to get on a program that would be lifelong and easy. After tossing some ideas back and forth, my wife losing around 8 lbs a month and a pants' waist size every other month, I lost 15 lbs and kept it off, and some research on required calorie consumption, The Pen and Paper Diet was born. Greeting and Hello!
Today I writing to tell good luck and health with Pen and Paper Diet. I start my life round and big, but not always. I made 25 year and weigh 118kg with 150cm!! I eated noodles so many, so many. I though to myself 8 moth ago "Donald, shoot youreself or go on diets". First diet I tried was Korean one call "One Chopstick Diet", I did not eat less, only slower eating.
