I have preferred these solid, trustworthy hanging file folders over others for decades. The bright blue is cheery enough to make filing and getting things out of files less drudgery, more uplifting. I can make do with the more subtle, boring, washed-out colors of the competition, but this color is more exciting, energizing, pretty, much preferred.
