Product Description
You will feel like the CEO in this fabulous, genuine leather executive chair. This chair has everything! It swivels in a complete 360 degree circle. It is equipped with a pneumatic gas lift, so you can raise and lower the chair with a simple pull of a lever. It tilts back, but also has a tilt lock, so you can keep the chair upright if you like. It also has a tilt tension control, so you can make the tilt as stiff or flexible as you like. The chair is mounted on a "5 star" set of rolling casters. The heavy-duty double wheels are extra sturdy, and hooded for your safety. In addition to a great range of adjustment, this leather chair was ergonomically crafted to keep you comfortable in an office setting. The chair features extra padding in the seat to support the weight of your thighs. Seating is constructed of genuine cow-hide leather, backing is made of duraskin PVC for extra strength to resist tears if you back up into a cabinet or corner. The seat size is 19 x 20 inches. The back is 26 x 20 inches. The seat adjusts from 16.5 inches to 21 inches high. Some assembly is required.

The first impression after using this for a day or so is very good. The quality of the leather, the cushion is extremely good. Very ideal for a office or if you use it with a table at home. smooth swirling and also height adjustment works really cool.
A few issues with this chair I found 1. It costs a little extra to ship 2. Although the neck support is good, it does not support the head completely [I am 6 feet tall] - Try this if you need good head support [http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002MYXHPC?ie=UTF8&tag=theipoandiphf-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B002MYXHPC] 3. The armrests kind of slide down, which is kind of irritating, when you work with a computer for a long time. This depends on how close you sit to the table. This chair is made in China, which probably explains the terrible quality. It was very difficult to assemble, not because the parts are complex, but because the screws would barely fit. When it was all done and I *sat* back and reclined in it, the back wouldn't hold still (it reclines right with you). There is NO height adjustment in this thing. This chair is the epitome of outsourcing gone bad - low labor cost, extremely poor quality of finished product. My advice to you: find a store, check out the chairs, find one whose label doesn't say "made in China", and actually sit in it, if possible. Don't be fooled by some of these Amazon reviews; I have a gut feeling company reps are abusing the site.

Recently purchased this chair, overall a nice chair (currently using :-) ) but does have some drawbacks. 1. the instructions leave a lot to be desired consists of a single page of paper with four drawings on it with no list of how much hardware you're supposed to have or which length screw to use where, that being said not exactly rocket science and is reasonably easy to figure out. 2. the way the armrests attach to the seat makes it a bit difficult to assemble with just one person (seat padding covers the area need to put the screws in) ended up having to reassemble the chair since I hadn't gotten the one screw threaded right the first time and the armrest shifted every time I sat down. 3. shipping ends up being quite $ for cost of chair, could reasonably find a slightly more expensive chair at a discount store and get a comparative deal, but I had been looking for a while and hadn't found anything that I liked. All of that being said quality of chair over all is fine and chair is comfortable -don't know how it will wear since never had this brand before but nice enough for what I needed. Was packaged well and received promptly.
