Seller provided excellent customer service. Very prompt replies to my questions, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with my order. My purchase was of Penguin Classics Hardcover Collection and on a few of the books the cover ink had bled - apparently this happens sometimes with the printing process. Seller immediately shipped me replacement books for the ones that were damaged.
