There is some useful information in this book, but there are much better books on the market. The experts in the field are Timmons, Klemmer, and Neumann/Krynov. Get a copy of Exercising the Penis, Iron Man Penis, or Fundamentals of Penis Enlargement (if you can find a copy - it's quite rare and out-of-print). These are the three books on penis enlargement that are a must-have for anyone interested in PE (Penis Enlargement). PE can be done, but you need the right manual to guide you.
