I love this toy and so does my Mistress! We were initially concerned about how comfortable it would be with the gag in my mouth while she rode the dildo, but the flexibility of the dildo really helped. The gag was just the right size and not too rigid. We use this while I am laying down on my back, so the strap stays secure behind my head with no problem, but I could foresee a problem with the strap staying secure or in place if the wearer was in another position besides laying down (i.e. upright, kneeling, etc). But all in all we love this toy and would highly recommend it for some good kinky fun! Oh, and all of the other little goodies were a nice bonus too...can never have enough toys! :)
