Blankets come out of the dryer less twisted and knotted as well.

My question is: if I choose a quantity of 1, do I really get a can with a single ball?

They are ideal for hard courts and keep their bounce a nice long while.

$2.47 with Free Prime shipping when placed as an add on item. That makes them about the same, or even a little less than I can find them at Dick's, Sports Authority, and other stores. And I don't have to go shopping at the terror that is the mall to get to Dick's.

I like the Penn Extra Duty. They are ideal for hard courts and keep their bounce a nice long while. Great for practice or training. The only balls I like as much, maybe slightly better are the Wilson US Open Extra Duty. But they aren't found cheaply on Amazon like these. So Penn gets the nod.

I buy these everytime I need balls but for this price you can buy nearly two cans at Dicks. Definitely not worth a buy online. Go to just about any sporting goods store and you can find these same balls for way less.

this review is not related to the sport of tennis --- these were the cheapest tennis balls on amazon and i wanted to add tennis balls to our dryer when we do loads of sheets and towels.

these have dramatically reduced drying time and do not stain or damage clothing or linens in any way. i am so glad i made this tiny investment because we are going to use so much less energy over time with these loaded into the dryer. i use two at a time for loads of towels and fitted sheets, which always seem to tangle up and never dry inside the fitted pockets. no more!

We only use Penns for practice, and usually a fresh can for play, as they tend to last longer than others, and the price on these was the best I've found for smaller quantities.

This product is very misleading - when choosing the quantity 3, there is a list price of well over twenty dollars, implying that you are buying three cans of balls rather than a single can of 3 balls (especially since choosing a quantity of one has a list price of about 10 dollars) Beware: this is just one can! My question is: if I choose a quantity of 1, do I really get a can with a single ball? Doubtful.

I didn't know there was much difference between tennis balls until I tried these Championship XD balls to fill out my shopping basket. These are considerably heavier than the cheapest ones. They're accurate in the wind and have a strong rebound, which is good for wall practice.

The reason it didn't get five star is because the first ball cracked open after only about 3 hours of play. I'm not sure if playing in the rain had anything to do with it but it's the only tennis ball I've ever broke so far. The second ball is holding up well however, it's still very firm even after the letters have worn out.

I Ordered these Penn Championship XD Tennis Balls,.. as we have finally lost our last one to our
German Sheppard. These work great for me for practicing with my girlfriend.
They do have a special bounce to them. I like this bright color ball for afternoon playing.
Some Tennis balls have sort of a thud sound when you bounce them,..these don't, and they are great.
I Would suggest this brand Penn Championship XD Tennis Balls to everyone.
I will definitely buy them again.

I bought these for drying down filled gear, they don't catch fire in the dryer so I apologize for the misleading title. I cannot attest to their abilities when they are faced with a high speed tennis racket. However, I do love the sealed can for freshness and did enjoy the sound of breaking the tennis ball canister's seal, it may have been the highlight of my afternoon.
