Penn GT Level Wind Reel

I have has the Penn 330 GTi for 3 years now. I have fished striper, bluefish, shark and king mackeral all without a bit of trouble. Some say the level wind isn't good for saltwater. I respectfully disagree. The levelwind works great and keeps you focused on fighting the fish. No need to worry about the line bunching up in one area of the spool. I really like the reel!

Good rugged fairly large reel, made in USA. I use mine for halibut and tuna. Always works with no problems, and being a Penn you can always get repair parts and they are easy to clean and repair. Not as nice as Penn Internations, but nmowhere near the price either. I have owned mine for a year or two and no problems.

Very pleased with the reel. I've been giving it a good work-out this past week and it's functioning perfectly.

Reel is very sturdy and very smooth. I did check around to find the best price and found it on Amazon.

The reel arived promptly and was just what we need to catch large halibut and salmon.

Incredible reel I use it for deep water fishing...I put 100lb test if spider wire 500 yards no problem and it could hold more, I have purchased 2 so far and plan on buying more....
