Excellent but dated,

I found this book very useful in developing and enforcing residential leases. This book provides explanations for lease provisions as well as suggested examples. However, it is dated as the PA LandLord-Tenant law has undergone a number of substantial changes in recent years. But for its age, it would have received 5 stars.
