There are several ways to win in penny stocks according to this book. By far the best way was not to play this game at all. These are volatile stocks and usually the company will immediately issue additional stock whenever the price rises. The insiders keep taking money out of the market by issuing stock. For those that want to play, the trick is to be fast-moving, timing things correctly and not holding a position more than a few days at most.
