It is a bit early to review an oil that is designed for long term driving. With that being said, I will do the best I can and do an update accordingly. My truck runs a lot smoother. However, I changed the oil, changed the filters, and changed the spark plugs. Overall, my truck is running a lot smoother and does not seem to "struggle", like it was prior to these changes.
