Too much money paid for a product that could have been an integral part of the battery charger that came along with the camera. It should have been designed by Pentax just like the AC Adapter that comes along with a standard video camera. I'm not sure if it was a flawed design, or, a marketing ploy by Pentax motivated by profit. I tend to believe it was the latter.

The AC8U adapter may list 750z, but this is the adapter that you will need if you have a 750z.
