I ordered this as a filler for free shipping. It's actually pretty cute. It's a child's folder and you turn the dial and SpongeBob's face changes expressions. My child was entertained for a few minutes. Good filler item!

Bought this to get free shipping. Gave it to the children. Needless to say, they love it. I'm not too keen on what the heck Spongebob is, but hey, if the children are happy, we're all happy.
They like to change the face on the folder, point to it, and tell me that's my expression. I don't know what they're talking about, but like I said before. They're happy. I'm happy.
