Some people might think me crazy on why I decided to spend more in shipping and handling to order a bunch of refills for my Pentel Energel Retractable pens--I really like the smooth, easy way the ink flows onto the paper, and I couldn't find the refills at any of the major stationers on Oahu.

The refills arrived in good time from Discount Office Supplies. Both vendor and Amazon responded promptly on my inquire about a backorder of the black refills, and credited my charge account because the manufacturer is on an indefinite backorder.
