Most Helpful Customer Reviews

I love this pen but wish I hadn't bought it. I can't find the refills in any local stores -- only online. So the refills are $1.22 each (from pentel dot com) plus about $6-7 shipping which makes the cost of the refill more than the cost of buying the identical new pen! And although it is cheaper to buy a new pen, that is a bad environmental idea (all those plastic pens in the landfills!). SO -- either buy a sufficient supply of refills when you buy this pen (thus avoiding future S&H charges on refills) -- OR better yet, buy a different pen that has refills available from your local office supply stores -- there are lots of those.
