Great subject, difficult to read,

This review is from: People-Focused Knowledge Management: How Effective Decision Making Leads to Corporate Success (Paperback)
I needed this book for an MBA class. Overall, I found the book difficult reading. It was like it was written purposefully to use the most confusing and complicated overly-wordy language structure possible. There's no reason it had to be written in this manor. Writing texts like this can only discourage people from learning. It's a great subject that is absolutely essential for managers. But this book is a tough read, and that's saying something coming from an engineer :)
